The NATALIE External Advisory Board (EAB) brings together high-level experts from diverse fields that reflect the full scope of the project’s activities including digital innovation, modelling, monitoring the effectiveness of Nature-Based Solutions (NBS), and stakeholder engagement.
As a key part of the project’s governance, the EAB plays a strategic role in:
- Reviewing the project’s progress,
- Assessing difficulties and priorities,
- Ensuring integration of project results with international initiatives.
Regular meetings are planned throughout the project. The first took place in May 2024 (Month 9 of the project). Each EAB member also contributes to specific tasks based on their expertise and availability, ensuring tailored support to enhance the project’s impact.
