On 9 July, the third session of the Maspalomas Transformation Lab took place at the Casa Condal in Maspalomas. This collaborative workspace focuses on developing climate adaptation actions through Nature-Based Solutions.
The aim of this new session was to continue developing and refining the co-creation actions identified during the second session of the lab, as well as to review the progress made throughout the year. The day began with a presentation by the NATALIE team, which outlined the current status of the project and its main developments, with particular focus on the design of the Nature-Based Solution being implemented in Gran Canaria. | ![]() |

Following the presentation, participants took part in a group activity organized around five thematic working tables. Throughout the morning, each group rotated between the different tables to analyze the prioritized co-creation actions in depth and define concrete next steps to move forward with their implementation. The session brought together representatives from a wide range of sectors, including public administration, engineering professionals, foundations, and educational institutions, enriching the discussion and the definition of the proposed actions. The organizing team would like to extend special thanks to all participants for their involvement, initiative, and energy, key elements in continuing to move this project forward. |
